KARACHI, Jan 25: Three ships carrying containers, livestock and diesel oil were accommodated berths at QICT, MPT and Fotco Terminal during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Thursday.

Berth occupancy was managed at 70 per cent as seven ships, CSAV Ningbo, Neddloyed America, Opal, Annie Sierra, Dredger Twin-1, Sea Luck-II and Fair Sprit, were busy in loading and unloading containers, rice, edible oil, canola seed and crude oil.

A cargo volume of 60,661 tons comprising 42,862 tons of import and 17,799 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Sailings were active as CSAV Ningbo, Nedlloyed America, ACX Margurite, Opal and Sea Luck-II left the port.
