Zeba told to leave India

NEW DELHI, Jan 16: Indian authorities have asked actress Zeba, widow of actor Mohammad Ali, to leave the country after she arrived at Ajmer without a visa. The actress said she had applied for visas to three cities, including Ajmer, but was unaware that she had not been given a visa for the city.

“It was not a case of violation but a human mistake. I applied for a visa for three cities -- Delhi, Ajmer and Roarke -- but I was under the impression that Ajmer had been included,” Ms Ali was quoted as saying by BBC.—PPI
