KARACHI: Fumigation in Korangi urged


KARACHI, Nov 1: Residents of various localities of Korangi Town are facing a risk of dengue spread amid mosquito invasion as swarms of the insect had been multiplying since monsoon rains.

They have been asking the local administration to carrying out effective fumigation on an urgent basis across the town to eliminate the risk of mosquito-born diseases, including dengue and malaria.

The residents of various localities including 100 Quarters, Sector 50-A and Korangi No 1 and 2 have complained that no fumigation had been carried out in their areas.—APP
