KARACHI, Aug 10: Hub Power Company Limited on Thursday announced a final dividend of 18.5 per cent for the year ending June 30, 2006. An announcement of the company said that the board of directors in its meeting here recommended a final dividend of Rs1.85 per share. It said that this announcement was in addition to 12.5 per cent (Rs1.25 per share) interim dividend paid in April this year. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company would be held in Islamabad on September 20 to approve the annual accounts and declare the total dividend and other matters, the announcement added.—APP
