KARACHI, June 16: The Board of Secondary Education Karachi on Friday announced the result of SSC Part-I and Part-II (Class IX and Class X) Annual Examination 2006 taken by deaf candidates.According to a notification, Ahmed Akbar Ali s/o Akbar Ali Ghulam Hussain (Roll No. 571) of Pad J.S Academy SMHS stood first by obtaining 760 marks, Bushra Sajjad d/o Sajjad Zaheer (Roll No.1006) of DEWA Academy for the Deaf Gulshan-i-Iqbal stood second by obtaining 757 marks while Mohammad Ehtashamul Haque s/o Mohammad Zahoorul Haque (Roll No 511) and Subuk Naz d/o Manazirul Haque, both students of DEWA Academy for the Deaf Gulshan-i-Iqbal were jointly declared third by obtaining 756 marks.
According to statistics of the result in Part-II, all 94 candidates registered with the BSEK, were declared successful with first division.
According to statistics of the result in Part-I, out of 131 registered candidates, 127 were declared successful in all five papers, three in four papers and one in three papers.—PPI
