SUKKUR, June 6: Power supply would remain suspended for three days (June 8 to 11) from 4 to 6 hours daily in rotation of one hour duration in various parts of the Hesco Operation Division of Sukkur and Rohri.

According to a press release issued by Hesco here on Tuesday, a higher capacity power transformer was being installed at the SITE Grid Station, Sukkur, to overcome problems of low voltage and overloading.

The localities would be affected, as a result of power suspension, are Royal Road, Qureshi Road, Shalimar Road, District and Session Courts, Station Road, Old Sukkur, Minara Road, Civil Hospital, Bunder Road, Bhutta Road, Barrage Colony, High Court Road, Barrage Road, Sarafa Bazaar, Shaheed Ganj, Clock Tower, Mehran Markaz, New Pind, all housing societies, Nasirabad, Bachal Shah, Old Airport Road and industrial/SITE area.
