SIALKOT, April 30: The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) has announced the construction of an underpass along the railway crossing level near Allama Iqbal Chowk. This was disclosed by Tehsil Nazim Imtiazuddin Dar while addressing a meeting of heads of trade bodies at Sialkot Fort here on Sunday.

The tehsil nazim said the decision was taken to overcome long hours of traffic jams at the railway crossing level. The project would be completed with the collaboration of the local business community.

He said the work on the project would be taken in hand in the month of June.

The Sialkot delegation also visited the mechanised football manufacturing factories in China.

Local chamber’s SVP Faisal Mehmood Khan believed that the visit would help Sialkot soccer ball manufacturers to introduce mechanised soccer balls techniques.
