Three killed in road accident

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, March 20: Three people were killed and eight suffered injuries when a bus overturned after crashing onto a tree near Mandhran village here on Sunday night.

The bus was going from Islamabad to Dera Ismail Khan when it met with the accident apparently because of torrential rain.

Two of the dead were identified as Habibullah and Muhafiz Khan. The injured were taken to the District Headquarters Hospital.

SUICIDE: A young man ended his life by jumping into river near the Dera city on Monday. Mohammad Kamran is suspected to have taken the extreme step as a result of a domestic dispute.

BOY INJURED: A minor boy was injured when he was hit by a car near Galoti in the Yarak police station area. He is undergoing treatment in a hospital.
