KARACHI: KBCA cancels NOC

KARACHI, Feb 25: The Karachi Building Control Authority on Saturday revoked the NOC granted to the Muslim City project in Gadap Town and sealed its office, as well as the office of another project in F B Area of Liaquatabad Town.

Meanwhile, the demolition action of the KBCA is continuing in the city against illegal constructions and people have been warned not to enter into any deal regarding booking or purchase in any private project unless it is confirmed that required building laws have been fully complied with.

The NOC for the project (Block Nos 13, 14-B and 15) was cancelled on public complaints. The KBCA also took action against illegal advertisement and sale of the project on Plot No BS-22, Block-1, F B Area.—APP
