NAWABSHAH: Jam Dattar’s Urs starts

NAWABSHAH, Nov 7: The 742nd Urs of Syed Asghar Ali Shah alias Sakhi Jam Dattar started in Jam Saheb town on Monday. Sindh Law Minister Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain inaugurated the Urs and laid Chadar on the shrine.

Hundreds of devotees from all over Sindh have gathered at the Dargah.

A large number of police were deployed in the area for security reason.

The law minister said that he would talk to Sindh Minister for Auqaf Manzoor Panhwar and would get development work and renovation of the shrine completed in the scheduled time.
