KARACHI, Oct 20: Justice Rehmat Hussain Jafri restrained the defendants from raising any construction or creating third party interest in a plot of land claimed by Zaheen Cooperative Housing Society. Advocate Abid S. Zuberi submitted that part of the land belonging to the society was in illegal possession of Sirajul Haq and others. A revenue official had even tampered with the record to favour the land grabbers. — Staff Reporter
