KARACHI, Sept 18: With the death of a three-year-old boy, the toll in the waterborne epidemic outbreak in a Karachi locality rose to nine on Sunday. Over 300 more victims were taken to hospitals as the disease showed no signs of abatement and the authorities seemed yet to wake up to the magnitude of the tragedy.
