11 Afghans killed in road accident

PESHAWAR, Sept 7: Eleven Afghans were killed in a road accident at Nawa Pass, near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. The victims were going in a truck from the Bajaur Agency to the Kunar province of Afghanistan, says a report received here on Wednesday. The truck was overloaded and fell into a ravine while crossing a dangerous diversion at Nawa Pass.

The bodies were taken to Kunar and the injured admitted to the civil hospital in Nawagai in the Bajaur Agency.
