KARACHI: Quality of education to be improved, says Hamida


KARACHI, Sept 7: The Sindh Minister for Education, Dr Hamida Khuhro, on Wednesday said that the condition of educational institutions would be improved in which present facilities would be harmonized according to modern day requirements to improve the quality of education.

Talking to a three-member delegation of the Hajiani Maan Trust at her office, the minister said that philanthropists, individuals, NGOs and trusts would be welcomed for playing a role in improving educational standards. The delegation comprised Hasnain, Haroon and Laila Sarfaraz.

The delegation gave details of activities and performance of their trust in the field of education. These were accordingly lauded by Dr Hamida.

Secretary Education Sindh Ghulam Ali Pasha and Additional Secretary (Academic and Training) Dr Mehboob Shaikh were also present.—PPI
