KARACHI: SNF hints at dialogue with PPP


KARACHI, Sept 1: Chairman of the Sindh National Front Sardar Mumtaz Ali Khan Bhutto has said that although he had been criticizing PPP leaders, a dialogue with them could be held for the sake of Sindh’s rights and getting the province rid of turncoats, plunderers and terrorists.

Talking to party leaders and workers at his Karachi residence on Thursday, Sardar Bhutto described Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim as ‘the pioneer of politics of abusive language’.

Commenting on chief minister’s statement that honest people would be inducted in district governments and that he would not tolerate corrupt elements, the SNF chief said, “How could one believe in this statement as Arbab Rahim has remained flanked by corrupt people during whole of his tenure and did not take any action against them despite acknowledging that corruption is rampant in all government departments?”— PPI
