KARACHI, Sept 1: The State Bank has asked all banks and DFIs or development finance institutions to prepare their quarterly financial statements within 30 days of the end of the quarter.
Director of Banking Supervision Department of the State Bank Mr. Jameel Ahmad has written a letter to the banks and DFIs advising them that these quarterly reports should also be circulated to the shareholders and an abridged version be published in the newspapers — also within 30 days after the close of the quarter.
