KARACHI, Aug 29: An accountability court issued notice to the prosecution on Monday on the acquittal plea of a contractor of the Thatta Cement, who is facing corruption charges. Judge Ms Qaiser Iqbal of the AC-1 fixed Sept 6 for hearing arguments on the acquittal application of Mohammed Ashraf.
