Two die in pick-up accident

HARIPUR, Aug 1: Two passengers were killed and seven others, including a woman and a minor girl, injured when a pick-up plunged into a ravine near village Kakotri some 30 km from here, on Sunday evening. Khalabat Township police said that the pick-up was on its way to village Kakotri when it fell into a roadside ravine while negotiating a blind turn near the village injuring all the seven passengers on board.

Villagers shifted the injured to the DHQ hospital, Haripur, where the doctors pronounced two of them dead. The dead were who were identified as Mohammad Yaseen Khan son of Mohammad Hussain, Habibur Rehman son of Mohammad Zaman of village Java Kakotri.
