KARACHI: Banned drugs seized

KARACHI, July 21: The Anti-Narcotics Force seized banned drugs in various raids in the city. According to the statement, 8.50 kgs of heroin powder, 4.650 kgs of opium and 10 kgs of hashish was seized in separate raids, and three suspects were arrested. A special team of the ANF seized 8.50 kgs of heroin powder and arrested Bilal Khan at a bus stop near Al Asif Square while his associate, Dilawar Khan, managed to flee.

In another raid, ANF arrested Abdul Qadeem at bus stop opposite to Yousaf Plaza Bhai Bhai General Store and recovered 4.650 kgs of opium, while his associate escaped.

The third seizure of hashish was made at Khayaban-i-Qasim Phase VIII DHA, resulting in the recovery of 10kgs of hash. The carrier, Mohammad Bux Baloch, was also arrested.
