TIMERGARA, July 12: The NWFP government in its current year’s Annual Development Programme has allocated approximately Rs11 million for setting up a library in Timergara, Lower Dir. According to sources, the deputy director, works and services, Lower Dir, has asked the district coordination officer to select a suitable site for the construction of the library.
The residents of the area had been demanding a library in their area for a long time. The setting up of the library would meet their demand and engage the students and unemployed graduates in acquisition of knowledge and positive activities.—Correspondent
