FIA men not to be spared: DG: Human trafficking


ISLAMABAD, July 2: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has affirmed its determination not to spare any official involved in criminal activities. This resolve of the FIA director-general was conveyed to Dawn on Saturday in response to a news carried by the newspaper about an unfolding scandal involving FIA staff in human trafficking.

According to the press release issued here “no one within the FIA involved in criminal activities related with human trafficking and smuggling would be spared”.

To convey the resolve of the director-general that the entire gang of human traffickers involved in this case of illegal immigration of Afghan women and children will be nabbed and prosecuted.—Staff Reporter
