KARACHI, June 20: JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company has placed on rating watch the entity ratings of triple B/A-two assigned to Oman International Bank S.A.O.G Pakistan Branches or OIBP. “This action has been taken in view of the possibility of change in legal structure of OIBP. The bank has obtained extension up to September 30, 2005 for meeting the minimum capital requirement,” says a press release.
