Iranian envoy calls on CM
LAHORE, May 7: Iranian ambassador to Pakistan Muhammad Ibrahim Taherian called on Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi here on Saturday and discussed matters of mutual interest with him. The chief minister briefed the envoy on the reforms being introduced in different sectors in the province, informing Mr Taherani that the government’s economic policies were focussed on the development of underprivileged areas.—Staff Reporter
