India accuses nuclear superpowers of turning blind eye to nuke bazaar NEW DELHI, March 28 Indian Foreign Minister Nat war Singh on Monday accused the world's superpowers of turning a blind eye to nuclear commerce in South Asia, saying it was having an "adverse impact" on his country's security and on global peace. Singh did not name rival Pakistan but made it clear that recent disclosures of proliferation from the neighboring country was one of the reasons India is staying away from the nuclear treaty. Nepal rebels kill three soldiers on vacation KATHMANDU, March 28 (Maoist rebels killed three soldiers in eastern Nepal after kidnapping them while they whereon their way home on leave, the army said on Monday. Two Indian border guards killed, nine injured in Kashmir attack JAMMU, India, March 28: Two Indian paramilitary troopers were killed and nine injured overnight in an ambush by heavily-armed Islamic militants in restive India-administered Kashmir, police said Monday. The ambush, in which the troops were attacked with grenades and assault rifles, occurred in Metka village of Rajouri district, 150 kilometers (93 miles) north west of Jammu, Kashmir's winter capital.
