Responding to a question in the National Assembly, Minister for Housing Syed Safwanullah informed that there is no other proposal under consideration to give ownership rights of the government quarters in any other sector in the capital. Pope faces long, complicated recovery: doctors - ROME, Feb 25: Pope John Paul faces a long and complicated recovery after emergency surgery to help him breathe and will not be able to resume regular activity or even speak for months, medical experts said. Pope was rushed to hospital with throat spasms for the second time this month and doctors performed a tracheotomy, cutting into his windpipe so air can flow straight to his lungs. Experts said the operation was not the end of the problems for the Pontiff, who already suffers from Parkinson's disease and acute arthritis. Gyanendra has said he was forced to take action because of the failure of the former government to stop the communist insurgency and corruption among politicians. However, in a meeting with a dozen Nepalese editors on Thursday, he promised to restore democracy.
