ISLAMABAD, Feb 7: The Central Board of Revenue has transferred and posted 18 collectors of customs, sales tax and central excise.

According to notifications, Hussain Ahmed Sherazi has been transferred and posted as director general, LTU, Lahore; Raja M. Akhtar Tahir, as director general, inspection and internal audit (customs, ST & CE), Lahore; S.A. Alam as director general, directorate general of training and research (customs, ST & CE, Islamabad; Mehboob Saqib Khan, collector, collectorate of customs, Lahore; Muhammad Azhar Iftikhar, collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE (Adjudication), Lahore; Ms Razia Sultana Tahir, collector, collectorate of customs, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi; Sher Nawaz, collector, collectorate of customs, Peshawar; Liaquat Ally Agha, collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE (adjudication), Quetta; Muhammad Arshad, collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE (adjudication), Multan; Ali Muhammad Sheikh, director, directorate general of training and research (customs, ST & CE), Karachi; Javed Kazi, director, DSAO, Karachi; Nisar Muhammad, collector, collectorate of customs (exports), Karachi; and Anwar-ul-Haq, director of customs valuation, Karachi.

According to other notifications, Pervez Ismail Memon has been transferred and posted as collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE (adjudication), Hyderabad; Abdul Rashi Bajwa, collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE (adjudication), Faisalabad; Rozi Khan Burki, collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE, Quetta; Azizuddin Ahmed, director, directorate general of inspection and internal audit (customs, ST & CE), regional office, Karachi; Khawar Farid Maneka, collector, collectorate of customs, ST & CE (adjudication-II)/appeals), Lahore; and Shaukat Ali has been posted as chief (legal), CBR.
