KARACHI, Dec 28: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has nominated four professionals on the Board of Directors of the Karachi Stock Exchange for the year 2005.
A statement of the KSE said here on Tuesday these professionals are non-member directors.
The professionals are: Maudood Ahmed Lodhi, chairman, National Insurance Company Limited; Mohammed J. Jaffer, Orr, Dignam & Co; Khaleeq Kayani, ex-SEVP, Habib Bank Limited; and Zafar Iqbal, managing director and chief executive officer, Pak-Oman Investment Company. -APP
