KARACHI: Two bodies found in Malir still unidentified

By Our Staff Reporter

KARACHI, Nov 7: The two trussed up bodies of middle-aged men, which were recovered on Friday morning from Khokhrapar near the Indus Mehran Society , are yet to be identified.

Following the postmortem examination, the bodies were shifted to the Edhi morgue in Sohrab Goth, where nobody came to identify the corpse.

Senior official of the Edhi Foundation, Rizwan Edhi, told Dawn that police had further extended the stay of the two bodies at the morgue on Sunday by issuing a custody letter for three more days.

Police said that the victims were well-built and both the bodies bore multiple bullet wounds in head and chest. They said that someone called at police helpline '15' and informed about the presence of the bodies.

The bodies were lying along the wall of a military dairy farm located in Malir.

One of the victims was wearing Shalwar Kameez while the other was in trousers and shirt. Both were in their mid 30's, police added.
