KARACHI, Oct 12: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, has announced the names of position holders of various competitions held recently by it at its office in connection with the students' week.

According to a BSE circular, winners of the Urdu handwriting competition include Momin Khan Murad of Crescent Public School Baldia Town as first, Mohammad Shahbaz of PN Boys Secondary School and SRE Majeed, second, and Sahar Fatima of Metropolitan Academy as third.

In the English handwriting contest, Juwairia Shoaib of Gulistan Shah Abdul Latif stood first, Hassan Adil of Programmer Secondary School, second, and Hina Rana of Oxford High School was declared third.

In the Sindhi handwriting contest, Dawood Muzaffar of PN Boys Secondary School clinched first position, Muhammad Yasin of Citizen Secondary School stood second, and Jamil Hyder Khan of Hamdard Public School came third.

Similarly, in the National Song competition, Saadia Kazmi of Government Girls Pilot Higher Secondary School North Nazimabad was declared first, Manal Basheer of Habib Girls School, second, and Kumail Ali Chao of Almurtaza School as third.

While in the Urdu debate contest, Durr-e-Shahwar Hayat of Metropolitan Academy stood first, Asna Hasan of Government Girls Pilot Higher Secondary School North Nazimabad stood second, and Rehan Faryal Mehdi of Habib Girls School stood third.
