She said this while speaking as chief guest at the orientation programme for students and faculty members at the Institute of Business Management (IBM) at Korangi Creek on Saturday.

The minister was of the view that till a few years ago, youngsters used to go abroad for acquisition of education. However, she said that there were some good institutions here as well.

She also emphasised the need for special attention towards teaching of English and mathematics, saying that if needed, expert teachers of these subjects would be invited from abroad for public sector institutions.
