PESHAWAR: Two get life-term

PESHAWAR, Sept 8: An anti-terrorism court on Wednesday convicted two brothers of killing an accused inside a courtroom and sentenced them to life imprisonment with Rs10,000 fine each.

Judge Akhter Zareef Khan observed that the evidence on record had proved the involvement of two brothers, Gul Rasool and Habib Rasool, in the commission of the offence.

Gul and Habib shot dead Mohammad Khan when he was brought to the court of additional district and sessions judge Tariq Sohail for trial about five months ago. Mohammad Khan was facing trial for killing the father of the two brothers.
