PPP-SB man withdraws in favour of Aziz
KARACHI, Aug 5: Pakistan People's Party (Shaheed Bhutto) candidate for NA-229 Tharparkar, Noor Mohammed Bhatti, has announced his withdrawal from the by-election in favour of Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz.
He made the announcement in a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim at the Chief Minister House here on Thursday.
Submitting his withdrawal application to the chief minister, he said that he took the decision voluntarily to express his confidence in the leadership of Dr Rahim, who was one of their own. -APP
