PESHAWAR, Aug 4: The chief of Tanzeem-i-Islami, Pakistan, Dr Israr Ahmad, said here on Wednesday that Jews and Protestant Christians had jointly started a 'final crusade' against the Muslims, whom they considered the biggest threat to their interests.
Speaking at the Mulaqaat programme of the Khyber Union of Journalists (KhUJ) at the Peshawar Press Club, he said the Jews and the Protestants wanted to control world economic resources and make the rest of the world to serve their business cartels.
The Jews "have an agenda of establishing a greater Israel" that could include the Tigris river, the fertile lands of Egypt, the holy city of Madinah and the western part of Turkey, he said.
The Jews, he said, wanted to demolish Baitul Muqaddas and set up their Third Temple on its site, and to accomplish this task the evil genius of the Jews and the world's only superpower, the United States of America, had joined hands.
In the manner the US was extending support to the Israel in every international forum was a clear manifestation of this fact, he said. Dr Israr said some other centres of power like the European Union, Russia and China were also developing but it was unlikely that they would confront the American power.
The Jews and the Americans considered Islam as the only threat to their interests and wanted to eliminate it from the face of the earth, Dr Israr said, adding that they were not afraid of the Muslims observing their dogmas and rituals but of those Muslims who wanted to set up an Islamic social and economic system which was unacceptable to them.
He said at present the Muslim Ummah did not practically exit. Today there are many Muslim countries but nowhere an Islamic system was in practice. Muslims were passing through the worst period of their history as they had forgotten the teachings of Islam, for which "Allah is punishing" them, he said.
Dr Israr said that the Arabs were to blame fort the current state of the Ummah and they would face the wrath of Allah the Almighty which would be worse than the Jews' Holocaust because they had not established an Islamic system. Being one-fourth of the world population, Muslims had no say in world affairs, he pointed out.
Pakistanis, he said, too shared the blame as they had forgotten the cause for which this country was established. Millions of people had sacrificed their lives and millions others migrated just to get an independent and truly Islamic country, he added.
Dr Israr claimed that the countdown to the dismemberment of Pakistan had already begun and if the rulers and the people did not adopt an Islamic system there would be no Pakistan on the world map in the coming few years.
Establishment of a true Islamic system and fear of Hindu domination were the two factors for the demand of Pakistan and as both these factors no more existed it was 'impossible' that the country remained intact anymore, he further claimed.
