ISLAMABAD, May 20: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will submit written briefs to Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) by May 24, explaining the reasons behind recent Test and One-day defeats against India.

The submissions will be laid before the Standing Committee of the Senate on Sports which had summoned the PCB top brass to appear before the committee on May 28 to explain the twin series debacle against India.

PCB chairman Shaharyar M, Khan, chief executive Rameez Raja and chief selector Wasim Bari had been asked to appear before the committee and they have been intimated through PSB director general Brig Arif Siddique.

Brig Arif later confirmed he had conveyed the message to Shaharyar on telephone. "I have also asked the PCB to send me the written briefs by 24th of this month so I can have a first hand knowledge of the whole scenario, he said. -APP
