England gain big lead

BRIDGETOWN, March 28: Graham Thorpe continued his fine form while wicket-keeper Geraint Jones pressed his Test claims as England turned the screw on day two of their three-day tour match against a Carib Beer XI.

Meanwhile, West Indies have recalled fast bowler Fidel Edwards to their squad for the third Test starting on Thursday.
