JACOBABAD, March 20: The Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, Justice Saiyed Saeed Ashhad laid the foundation stone of the court building here on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Saiyed said justice would be dispensed speedily with the establishment of more courts.

Additional session judge Sikandar Bhutto, additional session judge Aslam Shaikh, second senior civil judge Zafar Shaikh, and District Bar Association president Hyder Jakhrani were also present.

The chief justice also laid the foundation stone of the court buildings in Thul, Kandhkot and Kashmore towns of the district.

KILLED: A man was killed and four others were injured in a collision between a car and passenger coach on the National Highway near the Begari canal here on Friday.

A coach (JA-7165) hit car (4756) as a result Khan Mohammad Khoso was killed on the spot and Ali Nawaz, Mir Mohammad, Deewan Chand and Roshan Lal were injured and shifted to the civil hospital.

The coach driver managed to escape from the scene. The Abad police lodged a case and impounded the coach.

RELEASED: A man, Tariq Jamali, was released from the clutches of the dacoits on Friday in the jurisdiction of Thul police.
