By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, Feb 5: Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali said on Thursday that because of the government-MMA agreement "things were moving in the right direction" , adding that he hoped the present National Assembly would complete its tenure of five years.

During a meeting with MNA Ijazul Haq, the prime minister said that political stability and economic prosperity remained the most cherished objective of his government.

He said the government was moving speedily towards the goals it had set for itself and the elected representatives had an obligation to supplement government efforts for socio-economic development.
