KARACHI, Feb 1: The city government and other concerned civic agencies have not yet prepared the beautification plan for the I.I. Chundrigar Road, as decided at a high-level meeting held in December last.

The meeting was held at the Governor's House, chaired by Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad and attended by high officials concerned, to discuss beautification of the I.I. Chundrigar Road and some other link roads and streets.

The governor had asked the DCO to submit a master plan within three weeks. It was decided that the Railways, KESC, Water Board, SSGC and the PTCL would inform about their future schemes for I.I. Chundrigar Road within 15 days so that beautification of the road could be carried out without interruption.-PPI
