KARACHI, Jan 20: Sindh chief secretary Dr Mutawakkil Kazi has declared all transfers and postings done by City NazimNaimatullah Khan in departments under his control as null and void.

According to an official handout, the orders were annulled while describing the steps of the City Government as illegal and in violation of standing orders.

In a circular, the chief secretary reminded the City Nazim that there was a complete ban on postings and transfers since April last year. Transfers, therefore, made in Karachi Water and Sewerage Board or in any department under the CDGK are mala fide and are, therefore, stopped.-APP
