PESHAWAR, Jan 20: Former senator Syed Aqil Shah has been re- reelected as presi-dent of the Cadet College Hasanabdal Old Boys' Association.

Capt Nayyar (Retd) was elected unopposed as the association's secretary-general, while Air Commodore Khawaja Nayyar, Brig Mukaram Khan, Rashid Aziz, Ashfaq Hussain, Sikandar Khattak, Tariq Obaidur Rehman, Dr Faisal Manzoor and Tariq Habib were elected as members of the executive committee of CCHOBA.

Participants of the annual general body meeting appreciated the association's performance. The meeting was chaired by the college's principal Prof Dilshad Hussain.

Later, the foundation stone of the college's golden jubilee monument was laid jointly by Prof Dilshad Hussain, Lt-Gen (retd) Tariq Pervaiz and Punjab minister for cooperatives Malik Mohammad Anwar.
