HYDERABAD, Jan 6: Wapda Chairman Tariq Hameed, who arrived here on Monday on a two-day visit, was given a briefing by the Hesco chief and others about the development works being carried out by the company.
Mr Hameed also held a meeting with a 15-member delegation of the Wapda CBA union, led by its chairman, Abdul Latif Nizamani. The delegation submitted a memorandum to him that underlined the problems of workers.
On Tuesday, Mr Hameed visited Rizvi division, Latifabad, Qasimabad sub-division, Regional Training Centre, Regional Contact Centre, 500kv distribution line centre, Jamshoro, and the Jamshoro Power House, where he received briefings.
