KARACHI: Hoax bomb call

KARACHI, Dec 27: Panic gripped the Dow Medical College, where academic activities remained suspended for two hours on Saturday morning after a hoax bomb call.

Police said that an anonymous call was recieved at Madadgar 15 about some subversive activity near the DMC.

The police called bomb disposal squad and asked the DMC administration to vacate the college around 9:45am. The building was searched thoroughly for two hours and the college administration was asked to resume academic activities by 11:45am.
