Inquiry against SHO ordered
HYDERABAD, Dec 20: The Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, has appointed district and sessions Judge Tharparkar as inquiry officer to verify charges of illegal detention and maltreatment of a man on Friday.
A division bench of the court, comprising Justice Mohammad Musa K. Leghari and Justice Azizullah Memon, passed the order on a application filed by Jumo against the SHO police station Chhachhro.—Correspondent
