KARACHI: Woman killed in Orangi Town

KARACHI, Nov 9: A housewife was killed by her brothers and sister-in-law in Orangi Town on Sunday.

Police said that Nausheen, 35, wife of Mohammad Saleem was stabbed to death by her two brothers, Kamran and Ali Asghar, and Musarrat, wife of Ali Asghar.

The woman was stabbed in her house in Mominabad. All the three suspects escaped from the spot following the murder, police added.

Police said that Jameela, mother of the victim, lodged an FIR against her two sons and daughter-in-law. The motive behind the killing could not be immediately ascertained, however, police suspected some dispute over property behind the murder.

INJURED: Four persons, including two children, were injured when two cars rammed into each other on Sharea Faisal prior to Iftar on Sunday.

Eyewitnesses said that two vehicles (ACH-127) and (S-8525) collided with each other in front of the Kashif Centre, Sharea Faisal. They were identified as Mrs Rashid, Ramzan, 25, and two children Ibrahim, 2, and Khadija 3.
