KARACHI, Sept 30: Garments and textile exhibition — InStyle Pakistan 2003 — will be inaugurated by Minister of State and chairman Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) Tariq Ikram at Karachi Expo Centre on Wednesday.
The four-day fair has attracted over 100 foreign buyers including some of renowned brand names. They will get the opportunity to hold one-to-one meeting with exhibitors.
The fair is being held with the full support from the Ministry of Commerce and the EPB. The exhibition will greatly help in enhancing exports of textile and made-ups. It will provide opportunity to local textile industry to have a feeling of global market ahead of quota-free WTO regime from January 1, 2005.
In addition to the exhibition, a fashion and trends conference will also be held on the second day of the show, which will be addressed by some of the leading fashion designers, industry gurus and experts.
