KARACHI, Sept 25: The Election Tribunal, Sindh, comprising Justice Ghulam Rabbani of Sindh High Court, on Thursday reserved its judgment on the petition filed by the PPP Parliamentarian’s candidate, Abdul Karim Bhurgari, against Syed Ali Buksh Shah (MPA) after hearing both the sides.

The petitioner had challenged the results of the PS-57 Badin constituency under which the respondent had been declared elected.

The same tribunal also reserved its verdict till October 2 on a miscellaneous application filed by Mir Nawaz Ali Talpur (MPA) in which he had prayed dismissal of a petition against him by a PPP Parliamentarian candidate, Mr Bukhari, who had claimed that the election in PS-53 Hyderabad was rigged.—PPI
