By Our Correspondent

SIALKOT, Sept 25: The higher officials of National Logistic Cell (NLC) after launching the transport cargo service on trial from Sialkot (Pakistan) to Iran, Turkey and Afghanistan, has declared this route very successful for permanent transport service among these countries.

Talking to reporters, senior member of the Sialkot Dryport’s Development Committee Muhammad Sadiq Lone said that NLC would soon start the transport cargo service from Sialkot to Iran, Turkey and Afghanistan on permanent basis in collaboration with the Sialkot business community. This would be helpful in enhancing the regional, traditional, non-traditional trade and local exports and imports, besides strengthening the trade ties among these countries.

He said this transport cargo service would be later extended to European countries.
