Kashmiris to continue struggle:AJK PM

MUZAFFARABAD, Aug 23: AJK Prime Minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan on Saturday said that the freedom struggle of Kashmiri people would continue till the accession of the whole state to Pakistan in line with the resolution adopted by the Muslim Conference Working Committee in Srinagar on July 19, 1947.

He was speaking as chief guest at a big public meeting in Neela Butt in the southern district Bagh. The public meeting was held to commemorate the launching of Jihad against the Dogra regime in Kashmir by Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan from the very place on Aug 23, 1947.

Sardar Qayyum, who presided over the public meeting, also spoke on the occasion.

Prominent speakers were: AJK President Sardar Anwar Khan, National Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Amir Hussain, Muslim Conference president Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan and MC Secretary-General and finance minister Shah Ghulam Qadir.
