Plea bargain accepted
QUETTA, Aug 19: Accountability court judge Mohammad Naeem Kakar on Tuesday ordered the release of a former sub-divisional officer of the public works department, Irshad Jamil, following acceptance of his plea bargain by the NAB.
The court issued the directives when the prosecution stated that the accused and the NAB had entered into plea bargain in the corruption reference.—Correspondent
