Movement of troops detected

By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, Aug 16: An increased movement of troops and other related activity, specially in the Drass area has been detected by Pakistani intelligence sources.

The civilians of the area have reported that restrictions were being imposed on their movement as well.

The activities indicate preparation for a large-scale operation which, the sources said, if executed, would affect the current thaw in the Indo-Pakistan relations and was bound to draw serious retaliation.
